That being said, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we would gladly accept returns for any unused and non-personalized items for a complete refund. All of our personalizations (embossing / engraving) are permanent and cannot be removed, this is why returns are restricted to non-personalized items only, in their original condition delivered in. Please note that these eligible returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on all unused and non-personalized items. To initiate a return, please reach out to us through our contact form with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Please do the same if the item is defective or damaged in any way. Rest assured; we will do our very best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
