Our warranty covers against any defects in material or workmanship one year from the purchase date. Leather care and maintenance varies depending on the type of leather used in the product. We have products ranging from cowhide to equine leather that include genuine, top grain, and full grain leather. Embossing initials are done using a heated brass stamp with times new roman letters at a quarter inch in height. The embossing default location is bottom right corner of the wallet, and given the character limit of 7, it's ideal for a short name or initials (first, middle, last.) - When this option is selected, please include the short name or initials you'd like in the "Add your perosnalization text" field on the product listing.
Inside Engraving
When applicable, this personalization option is for engraving a custom phrase inside the wallet. The default location is the inside right flap and can have a maximum character limit of 110. The engraving is done using a precision laser machine with times new roman font in italics. This is ideal for a custom note reminding the recipient of the wallet of your love when given as a gift, or a motivational/inspirational phrase. When the option is selected, please type in your custom note you'd like engraved inside the "Add your personalization text" field.
Initials + Engraving
This option would be for selecting both the embossed initials on the outside of the wallet, as well as the inside message engraving. When selected, please fill out the personalization in the text field as follows: Example: Initials: JDM Engraving: You are the most amazing man I'll ever know. Love you Dad.
Foil Embossing
Our foil embossing option is the same as "Emboss Initials," with the primary difference being the use of Gold Foil that is applied during the heat branding process. This option is restricted to leather goods that does not contain much oil or wax, as they could result in the gold foil rubbing off over time. So we only offer this on select genuine and top grain leather products.
